Welcome to November. It's a great month because it's my birthday month, my son's birthday. I am over my health issues (having three surgeries in three months) and going back to work on the 13th. Wow won't that be a big change.. 

I hope your have a great month. Still praying for those with weather issues. It's that time of year and I pray that this years winter will be a mild safe one for all.
